Waiver

1. General Use

• All bookings must be made in advance through our booking system.
• You must arrive on time; sessions will begin and end as scheduled, regardless of your arrival time.
• The person making the booking ("the Booker") is responsible for all guests in their party.
• Guests may only use the facility during the Booker’s reserved time.

2. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Golf involves swinging clubs and hitting balls, which carries inherent risks of injury and property damage. All users assume full responsibility for their actions and release DailyPar Golf Inc. from any liability for personal injury, property loss, or damages. Use the facility at your own risk.

3. Damage to Property & Equipment

The Booker is fully responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests.

DailyPar Golf Inc. reserves the right to charge the Booker for repair or replacement costs if equipment, facilities, or property are damaged due to:

• Intentional acts
• Reckless behavior
• Negligence or misuse of equipment

This includes, but is not limited to: Trackman units, projectors, screens, computers, furniture, walls, fixtures, and flooring.

4. Behavior & Conduct

• Food and non-alcoholic drinks are allowed in the facility. All guests must clean up after themselves and dispose of garbage properly.
• Disorderly, disruptive, or unsafe behavior by the Booker or their guests will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
• Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable.
• DailyPar Golf Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to maintenance, safety concerns, or unforeseen issues.

6. Facility Access & Security

• Access is granted only for the time reserved. Staying beyond your booking may result in additional charges.
• The Booker may share access codes only with guests in their booking party.
• Sharing codes with anyone outside the booking party, duplicating, or distributing codes publicly is strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorized entry may result in termination of privileges.

7. Agreement

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in termination of your session, charges for damages, and/or loss of future booking privileges.

DailyPar Golf Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
