Access

Your Openpath PIN and how to enter

Important: Your Openpath PIN activates 10 minutes before your booking start time and will not work earlier.

How to enter

  1. Enter through the Lutz St. door, directly across from where you parked
  2. If locked, use the keypad on the left door. Enter your Openpath PIN from your confirmation email, then press enter (bottom right)
  3. Once in the lobby, our unit is the first door on the left; use the same Openpath PIN to unlock
  4. Head to your numbered bay

If your PIN doesn’t work

  • Check timing: Your PIN activates 10 minutes before your start time.
  • Verify code: Confirm the 6-digit PIN in your confirmation email.
  • Press enter: After typing your PIN, press enter (bottom right).
  • Correct keypad: Use the keypad on the left door only.

Getting Started

Turn on the simulator and start play

How to start your session

  1. If the monitors and projector screens are black, tap any key on the keyboard to wake the monitors.
  2. If the projector is off, use the white remote on the wall to power it on. It's a short-range remote — stand directly under the projector with the remote to power it on.
  3. When everything is on, you will see your name and Start play; click it to begin.
  4. Note: The smaller monitor is a touchscreen — you can tap to navigate.

  • Keep it clean: Help keep the space clean, safe, and welcoming.
  • Gear: Bring clean clubs/shoes; unmarked golf balls only.
  • One at a time: One player hits at a time; others stand behind the mat.
  • Hit from the mat: Always hit from the mat; avoid screens and walls.
  • Food & drinks: Keep them off the hitting area.
  • Be considerate: Reasonable noise and friendly language.
  • Tidy up: Return balls and toss garbage.
  • Be punctual: Arrive and finish on time.
  • Kids: Welcome with active adult supervision.
  • Need help?: Tell us right away.
